The device is designed to feed hydrogen to the electrolytic gas analyzers and gas chromatographs with flame ionization detector, as well as to other devices and systems that consume hydrogen.


Its operation principle is based on the electrochemical decomposition of water into hydrogen and oxygen in the electrolyzer with a solid polymer electrolyte (SPE).

Specifications

The device is designed to feed hydrogen to electrolytic gas analyzers and gas chromatographs with flame ionization detector, as well as to other devices and systems that consume hydrogen.

Its operation principle is based on electrochemical decomposition of water into hydrogen and oxygen in the electrolyzer with a solid polymer electrolyte (SPE).

The hydrogen generator features two operation modes:

  • ·  hydrogen pressure stabilization mode at the consumer device inlet (260 ± 10 kPa with an accuracy ± 0.5 kPa) which is required for work with laboratory and industrial chromatographies equipped with means for maintaining a preset gas flow rate;
  • ·  hydrogen flow stabilization mode at the consumer device inlet (from 0 to 130 ml/min at surplus pressures from 0 to 230 kPa with accuracy ± 0.2 ml/min) which is required for gas analysis devices not equipped with means for maintaining a preset gas flow rate;
