ЗАКАЗАТЬ

The system H2box-AERO is intended for the generation of hydrogen by electrolysis of water, suitable for filling radiosonde and pilot balloon shells directly at observation stations of the hydrometeorological network.
The system H2box-AERO is made on the basis of a cell with solid polymer electrolyte and has a nominal output capacity of 300 l/h.

SPECIFICATIONS

The system H2box-AERO is intended for the generation of hydrogen by electrolysis of water, suitable for filling radiosonde and pilot balloon shells directly at observation stations of the hydrometeorological network.

The system H2box-AERO is made on the basis of the cell with a solid polymer electrolyte and has a nominal output capacity of 300 l/h.

The supply system H2box-AERO is powered from standard 220V household electrical main and is completely electronically controlled.

The system H2box-AERO is fully automated and allows to monitor shell filling and control technological characteristics of the electrolysis.

  • ·         Total and remaining service life of the hydrogen generator;
  • ·         Feed water level and other important indicators required for comprehensive diagnostic of the whole system.

The H2box-AERO system is equipped with an automatic hydrogen drying unit, comprising two alternately operating recoverable cartridges of silica gel, and with water purification unit using ion exchange filter (resin). 

On request, the H2box-AERO system can be equipped with hydrogen storage unit capable of storing hydrogen in a chemically bound state, which ensures its complete safety.

Deionized makeup water processing system may be included in the delivery set of the hydrogen generator H2box-AERO.

Due to reduced power consumption, weight and dimensions, the H2box-AERO system can be located in ordinary workplaces, without the need to obtain additional permits and approvals for industrial safety.

Technologies, which the system H2box-AERO is based on, ensure easy transportation, installation, operation and maintenance.
