The products can be delivered either on customer pickup terms or by a transport company at the buyer's expense.

Customer pickup is possible only on working days (9:00–18.00) from a warehouse.

Transport company shipping complies with schedule and fares of the selected company.


Warranty and Liabilities. Our warranty complies with the provisions of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and the Law of the Russian Federation "On Protection of Consumers' Rights". The warranty period is specified in the documentation for each type of goods. The warranty period starts from the day of delivery of goods to the buyer. If any defects are revealed during operation within the warranty period, we recommend you to read the operation manual in order to determine whether all the requirements for operation of equipment have been met. The warranty shall not cover defects caused by violation of technical or other requirements associated with storage, maintenance and use of goods, or those due to modification thereof made by the buyer.
