The main products of "GIDROGENIUS" - modular generators H2box, intended for the production of hydrogen / oxygen by electrolysis of distilled water. Developed by our team of the cell structure with the solid polymer electrolyte and the scheme of conducting the electrolysis process has significantly improved the reliability and resource generators, with minimal energy consumption. Modular H2box generators are used in all industrial processes that use pure hydrogen, as well as in academic and industrial laboratories for the supply of gas and liquid chromatographs, gas analyzers with a flame ionization detector and fuel cells.

Metal hydride hydrogen storage "Store-H2 1000" is intended for the storage, transportation and producing high purity hydrogen gas. The hydrogen can be used in various technological purposes, in particular for flame ionization gas detectors, flame detectors, ionization and industrial laboratory chromatographs, as well as to provide hydrogen to other devices and systems. The operating principle of "N2store 1000" metal hydride hydrogen battery based on the special ability of intermetallic compounds react reversibly with hydrogen, i.e. to absorb hydrogen under certain conditions to form a solid metal hydride, and if conditions change again to release hydrogen. Absorption of hydrogen is accompanied by heating of the metal hydride, while hydrogen evolution takes place with heat absorption from the environment and the cooled metal hydride. Terms or absorption of hydrogen evolution depends on the chemical composition of the alloy, hydrogen pressure and temperature. The metal hydride hydrogen battery "N2store-1000" used alloy consisting of lanthanum, nickel, cerium pressure above that at room temperature is 0.2 — 0.4 MPa.

The catalyst is designed for purification of air and gas mixtures containing oxygen from the following components: hydrogen, carbon monoxide, arsenic and antimony hydrogen in the presence of acid or alkali aerosols.The catalyst has good wear resistance and corrosion resistance; it is non-flammable non-explosive, non-toxic, and not soluble in water.Continuous fail-safe operation of the catalyst is ensured during 5,000 hours without direct maintenance and monitoring and with all stops, starts, turns on and off, as may be required by operating conditions.Shelf life of the catalyst PARC is 12 years from the date of manufacture.Expected life of the catalyst is 30,000 hours.A catalyst fault means a decrease in its hydrogen oxidation activity to less than 80% before the specified period of service life expires.Catalyst PARC neither emit any toxic substances above the MPC in the atmospheric air, nor release any foul-smelling substances, whether under any operation mode or out of service.Finished catalysts PARC should be stored in a sealed container in a closed unheated rooms protected from moisture and various gases that contain sulfur and arsenic compounds. Service life is 10 years.A packed catalyst PARC can be transported by all means of transportation in accordance with goods transportation rules, applied to each type of transport.During transportation, a packed catalyst PARC can withstand the exposure to air humidity of up to 98% and temperature from -50 °C to 60 °C.

The system H2box-AERO is made on the basis of a cell with solid polymer electrolyte and has a nominal output capacity of 300 l/h.SPECIFICATIONSThe system H2box-AERO is intended for the generation of hydrogen by electrolysis of water, suitable for filling radiosonde and pilot balloon shells directly at observation stations of the hydrometeorological network.The system H2box-AERO is made on the basis of the cell with a solid polymer electrolyte and has a nominal output capacity of 300 l/h.The supply system H2box-AERO is powered from standard 220V household electrical main and is completely electronically controlled.The system H2box-AERO is fully automated and allows to monitor shell filling and control technological characteristics of the electrolysis.·         Current hydrogen consumption: ·         Water quality; ·         Drying gel filter status; ·         Ion exchange water filter status; ·         Total and remaining service life of the hydrogen generator; ·         Feed water level and other important indicators required for comprehensive diagnostic of the whole system.The H2box-AERO system is equipped with an automatic hydrogen drying unit, comprising two alternately operating recoverable cartridges of silica gel, and with water purification unit using ion exchange filter (resin). On request, the H2box-AERO system can be equipped with hydrogen storage unit capable of storing hydrogen in a chemically bound state, which ensures its complete safety.Deionized makeup water processing system may be included in the delivery set of the hydrogen generator H2box-AERO.Due to reduced power consumption, weight and dimensions, the H2box-AERO system can be located in ordinary workplaces, without the need to obtain additional permits and approvals for industrial safety.Technologies, which the system H2box-AERO is based on, ensure easy transportation, installation, operation and maintenance.
